Welcome to Nourish Happy :)

Hi, I’m chef Laura and I’m the founder and head chef of Nourish Happy.

It’s our belief that cooking should be simple, period.

My own health and weight journey, led me to get healthy with good food. The experience instilled in me a burning desire to share the best techniques and attempt to demystify the process of cooking for anyone and everyone.

This is how Nourish Happy. found its start :) Cause this is what we aim to do… not just nourish ourselves but also our happiness in the kitchen.

I'm a Le Cordon Bleu Paris - trained chef, in the areas of cuisine, pastry, and boulangerie. After graduating, I had the opportunity to learn and work under world-renowned chefs in Paris and Toronto adding to an already great repertoire of culinary knowledge. Also, I’ve earned certificates from Cornell University online and George Brown College in the areas of nutrition and wellness.

My promise is to create a positive and helpful learning environment, one that I wished I had when I was at my lowest.
