Covid-19 Protocols:

Especially as we return to cooking both online and in person, ALL of our safety is our primary concern. No one is required to wear face masks while cooking, as subject to current governmental protocols. But be assured though that all staff with be vaccinated. In addition, all guests and cooks will be required to wash hands and sanitize before the handling of any products/equipment. Additionally, all individuals will be required to withdraw from in person class participation if showing any Covid-19 symptoms. Thank you for your love and understanding.

Cancellation Policy:

For any online class, a full refund will be issued for any guest if notice is provided by email 48 hours beforehand. The email must be the same as the one used at the time of purchase for security reasons. For any in-person event, a minimum of 5 business days must be provided. Notice must be provided by telephone and/or email as soon as possible.

Payment:

Full payment is required in advance to secure your spot in any class, either in person or online. Payment can be made via cash, interact debit, credit card, or PayPal. In the event that another form of payment is available and preferable, please reach out to headchef@nourishhappy.com. If for any reason the payment cannot be processed, the reservation will not be confirmed.

Class Rescheduling:

In the event that a participant is unable to attend a class, rescheduling can be done by email 48 hours beforehand for online classes and a minimum of 5 business days for in-person classes. If rescheduling is requested outside of the provided timeframes, a store credit may be issued.

Nourish Happy. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or event at any time, for any reason. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be notified by email as soon as possible, and given the option to receive a full refund or to transfer their registration to a new date or event. We are committed to providing the highest quality classes and events, and will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction and safety.

Class Dress Code:

Your safety is our top priority, so we require you to wear closed-toe shoes during our class. We also recommend comfortable clothing with ample range of motion and hair clipped back to protect it and your food.

Liability and Risks:

All participants in Nourish Happy.'s classes and events assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur during the class or event. Nourish Happy. will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to personal property during the class or event. We aim to create the safest environment possible for all of our participants, however we cannot guarantee absolute safety. By registering for and participating in our classes and events, you are agreeing to assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur.

We strongly advise all participants to read and follow any instructions and warnings provided by Nourish Happy. instructors, and to exercise caution and good judgment in all activities. If you have any concerns or questions about your ability to safely participate in a class or event, please consult with a healthcare professional prior to registering.

In-Person Visit, Safety Clause:

In the context of in-person classes or events held at a participant's location, our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our staff. Throughout the duration of the class, should any circumstance arise that causes our staff to feel unsafe, disrespected, or unable to continue, they maintain the full and absolute right to depart the class in a manner that ensures their safety and comfort.

We are steadfast in our commitment to fostering an environment characterized by mutual respect and conducive learning. To achieve this, we kindly request that all participants extend kindness and respect to our staff. This not only contributes to a positive experience for all but also upholds the integrity of the learning process.

In the event that a class is terminated due to circumstances involving the safety or comfort of our staff, please know that no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Additionally, the decision to terminate a class rests solely at the discretion of our staff, whether they be off or on-site.

This clause is established to safeguard the tranquility and mental ease of all participants and staff engaged in the class or event. It reinforces our aspiration to maintain a secure and all-encompassing atmosphere that facilitates effective learning and growth. We greatly value your understanding and cooperation as we work together to create an environment that is secure, inclusive, and enriching.

Refund Policy:

All bakery goods purchased are final at the time of purchase.

Nourish Happy. strives to provide exceptional customer service, so if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

For other services, no refund will be issued if outside of the boundaries of our cancellation policies. However, a store credit will be issued and directly available by the user.

Photography and Videography:

Throughout our classes and events, Nourish Happy. may capture photographs and/or videos. These visual materials could be utilized for educational or promotional purposes. When you participate in a class or event, you give Nourish Happy. permission to include your likeness in these materials, meant for educational and promotional content. Please note that all filmed and photographed content is intended for personal use only.

If you prefer not to be included in our promotional and marketing materials, kindly inform our staff. Your privacy will be respected, and we'll ensure your image is not used in any public-facing materials.
